Satinsky is supplying its quality products to only wholesale
distributors. we have revised our policy due to receiving number of
inquiries on personal bases, now we have decided to supply even to customers
who want Satinsky products for personal use. However we do have minimum
quantity order limitations even for individual customers.

let us know the reference number of products in which you are interested.
You can contact us via E-mail fax, or letter. On receiving the inquiry our
sales manager will contact you with all your request prices.
What is method of Payment ?
1. Advance
Payment via T/T (Wire Transfer)
2. L/C at sight (Letter of Credit at sight)
We don't accept any credit card
    
What is delivery time of shipment ?
Usually
we dispatch the samples with in 1 to 2 weeks time. Time of quantity
shipment is about 2 to 3 weeks depending upon to quantity of order.
How much time does it take for the shipment to reach
its destination from the date of dispatch of goods.?
It
takes about 1 to 2 weeks time .We dispatch our all ordered goods by Air.
Can i get shipment via Urgent couriers service?
Yes, you can
get shipment on the following Couriers service but each instruments price
will be changed...More
What is type of stamping on Satinsky products ?
Usually
our customers like screen printing on their ordered goods. Any company's
logo can be printed on the instrument.
Can we have free samples ?
Every
day we are receiving number of inquiries from all over the world. So we
are restricted to supply the samples only against payment. We prefer you
to give us your courier Account no , if you don't want to pay freight
charges. This strategy is only for our new customers , For our regular
customers we are providing the samples free of any cost.
Return Policy
Customers must contact within 15- days of receipt
of goods, if they find any defect in any item.
